Behind The Scenes
Cutting Department
In the cutting stage, high-quality materials are carefully measured and cut into precise shapes. This step forms the foundation of the shoe, ensuring each component fits perfectly in the later stages.
Sewing Department
sewn pieces come to life in this department. Skilled machine operators stitch the cut components together, creating the upper part of the shoe with strength, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Upper Finishing Department
In the finishing stage, every shoe is refined and inspected. This includes trimming, polishing, adding final touches, and ensuring the shoe meets our quality standards.
Mounting Department
Here, the shoe begins to take its true shape. The upper is stretched, shaped, and securely attached to the sole, ensuring durability, structure, and long-lasting comfort.
Final Outcome
Once all steps are complete, the finished shoe is checked one last time. Only products that pass our strict standards are approved for release.
Packing Department
In the packing stage, each finished shoe is carefully cleaned, paired, and placed into high-quality packaging. The team ensures every box is protected, labeled correctly, and prepared for safe transport before moving to distribution.
Distribution
The approved shoes are carefully packaged and prepared for delivery. From here, they are distributed to stores or sent directly to customers, completing the journey from factory to feet.
